The Elan

Little Rock, Arkansas

EXTERIOR

Designed for the rhythm of downtown living.

Conceived as a contemporary residence centered on openness and connection, the design maximizes natural light through expansive glazing while extending everyday living onto multiple rooftop terraces. Warm natural materials balance the clean architectural form, creating a home that feels refined, welcoming, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Every decision—from the composition of the façade to the relationship between interior and exterior spaces—was made to support a home that is both visually striking and effortlessly livable.

Interior

Designed around the materials. crafted for everyday living.

“Bringing ambitious ideas into the built world through architecture, planning, and construction leadership—guided by the way people live, the responsibility of building well, and a commitment to enduring quality.”

Every finish throughout the home was intentionally selected to let natural materials take center stage. A restrained palette allows stone, wood, and light to define each space with quiet confidence. The waterfall island anchors the home with bold natural veining, while charcoal cabinetry, warm brass accents, and light oak flooring work together to soften its presence—creating a balance of character, warmth, and timeless elegance. An open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, filling the home with natural light and creating an effortless flow for both everyday living and entertaining. Thoughtful details, from the custom mudroom to the private elevator and curated lighting, complete a home that feels refined, welcoming, and designed to be lived in.
