Understanding the Need.
Building the Space.

Who We Are

Every meaningful space begins with understanding.

Before a single line is drawn, we seek to understand the people the space is meant to serve—their rhythms, routines, aspirations, and the life it is meant to hold. That approach has shaped RB Group since its founding in 2007. What began as a residential architecture practice has grown into a fully integrated architecture, interior design, construction management, and real estate development firm. Led by Reginald and Brandi, our work brings together thoughtful design, technical expertise, and disciplined execution to guide projects from vision to completion. As our capabilities have evolved, one principle has remained constant:

Life leads.

Functionality serves.

Form is shaped.

Our Mission

“Bringing ambitious ideas into the built world through architecture, planning, and construction leadership—guided by the way people live, the responsibility of building well, and a commitment to enduring quality.”

Reginald Wright

Founder & President

Reginald Wright serves on the Bentonville Planning Commission and has spent the majority of his career focused on single-family and multi-family residential design and construction. He is passionate about creating spaces where people can dwell, gather, and build meaningful lives, believing that great design begins with understanding how people truly live.

Throughout his journey, Reginald has been shaped by exceptional mentors, colleagues, and leaders who invested in his growth and approach to both architecture and business. Today, he leads RB Group with that same spirit of stewardship, guiding projects from concept through completion alongside his wife of more than 30 years, whose wisdom, insight, and attention to detail continue to strengthen the firm's vision.

"Creating spaces where people can dwell, gather, and build meaningful lives."

Brandi Wright

Vice President

Brandi Wright brings a unique blend of creativity and attention to detail to every project at RB Group. A graduate of the University of Arkansas with degrees in Speech Pathology and Early Childhood Education, her professional foundation was built around understanding people and how they experience the world around them.

While education was her formal training, her love for design and thoughtfully curated spaces naturally led her into residential development and interiors. Today, Brandi works alongside Reginald in shaping the vision of RB Group, helping guide projects from concept through completion. She reviews plans, refines layouts, and helps ensure each project balances functionality, beauty, and the way people truly live.

"Beautiful spaces are created when thoughtful details, practical function, and everyday living come together."
