Who We Are

Reginald is of the Bentonville planning commission. Reginald has spent majority of his career focusing on multi-and single family residential design and construction.
He has a passion for creating and building spaces that people will dwell and commune within.  He always says that he is very blessed to have worked for and with very good people that have educated, mentored and provided the roadmap of his journey. He also loves the fact that he get to work with his beautiful of wife of 30 years who recently joined the business and brings valuable insight, wisdom, and attention to detail for the various projects.

Brandi is a 1996 graduate of the university of Arkansas with a degree in Speech Pathology and a 1999 Master’s degree in early childhood education from the university of Arkansas Little Rock . Although education was her formal training it was her love for all things beautiful that sparked her love for creating spaces. Brandi works with Reginald establishing vision of their design-build company. She spends majority of her time reviewing and editing plans to ensure they create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces and selecting essential items, such as colors, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware and materials. She also spends time on the construction sites meeting with sub-contractors and suppliers ensuring that the established goal of the project is met. the president of RB Group, Inc.  a design-build company in Northwest Arkansas, Reginald assist with establishing and implementing clear vision and goal setting for the company.

Kameron Wright, certified in C.A.D. drafts digital versions of handsketched designs and floor plans and specializes in producing finished renderings of each project. Kameron works as intern assisting as the company’s visualization specialist, draftsman, and  photographer. Kameron is also enrolled in the Fay Jones school of architecture on the university of Arkansas campus.  During the construction process Kameron photographs each project and manages the company’s media pages. 

With years of experience in brand development, hospitality leadership, and operational strategy, YeNa brings a refined and people-centered perspective to the world of architecture and development.

At RB Group, she oversees brand strategy, client experience, creative presentation, and operational development across the company’s growing portfolio. Her work focuses on creating cohesion between vision and execution — helping translate what is often only felt internally into something tangible, lived, and experienced externally through space, atmosphere, and detail.

Her background in hospitality has deeply shaped her approach to design and business: thoughtful details, intentional communication, and experiences that feel both elevated and deeply human.

She believes great execution begins with clarity of intention — and that meaningful spaces are created when vision is carefully understood, refined, and translated with purpose.

With a strong background in hands-on construction and project coordination, Jeremiah oversees the day-to-day execution and management of RB Group’s active developments. Known for his reliability, organization, and problem-solving mindset, he plays a key role in keeping projects moving efficiently from planning to completion.

Before joining RB Group, he built experience working within the industry before eventually launching his own cabinetry company, developing a practical understanding of craftsmanship, workflow, and on-site coordination. His ability to adapt quickly and take initiative has made him an essential part of the team’s construction management process.

While others may focus heavily on conceptual design, Jeremiah’s strength lies in execution — bringing structure, oversight, and follow-through to every phase of development. From coordinating moving parts across multiple properties to solving challenges in real time, he helps ensure that vision becomes reality through consistency, communication, and action.
